壁報論文製作及報告注意事項，請確實遵守以下規定，以利流程之進行：

1. 地點：福容大飯店麗寶樂園店LF樓展演C廳。

2. 時間：2023 年11 月 11 日(星期六)

3. 為鼓勵競賽者能彼此交流討論，競賽將分為上下半場舉行，上半場為編號單數者負責於壁報前講解，下半場則為編號雙數者講解。

4. 大會提供論文直式看板與標示名牌並統一製作論文摘要編號；請使用大會發放的大頭針、釘書機，勿用其餘工具；嚴禁使用膠帶等黏性物品，若有殘膠將酌收清潔費用。

5. 壁報大小限制為80公分寬、140公分高以內，論文之圖表文字大小以在 一公尺距離可清楚閱讀。

6. 壁報內容以英文為原則，第一作者可標示中文。

7. 壁報論文競賽與展示時段，至少須有一位作者在場，配戴名牌並解說論文內容及答問。

3. To encourage competitors to engage in discussions with each other, the competition will be divided into two sessions. In the first session, those with odd-numbered posters will be responsible for presenting in front of their posters, and in the second session, those with even-numbered posters will present.

4. Please follow the poster board numbers assigned by the association, and only use the straight poster board, thumbtacks and staplers provided by the association.

5. Size of poster: 80 cm wide x 140 cm high

6. Poster language: English (Only the first author can appear in Chinese)

7. At least one presenting author is required to give their presentation in-person during the poster display section.
