壁報論文製作及報告注意事項，請確實遵守以下規定，以利流程之進行：

1. 地點：麻布山林詠山館 2 樓 M21 會議廳。

2. 時間：
    壁報張貼時間：11 月 5 日(星期六) 08:00 起。(請自行張貼)
    壁報競賽與展示時間：11 月 5 日(星期六) 13:10~16:10。
       13:10開始上半場壁報競賽,為壁報編號單數號負責講解
       14:40開始下半場壁報競賽,為壁報編號雙數號負責講解
    壁報拆除時間：11 月 5 日(星期六) 17:30 前。(請自行拆除)
    壁報獎助金領取時間：11 月 5 日(星期六) 13:40~17:40。(憑領據領取)

3. 為鼓勵競賽者能彼此交流討論，競賽將分為上下半場舉行，上半場為編號單數者負責於壁報前講解，下半場則為編號雙數者講解。
4. 大會提供論文直式看板與標示名牌並統一製作論文摘要編號；請使用大會發放的大頭針、釘書機，勿用其餘工具；嚴禁使用膠帶等黏性物品，若有殘膠將酌收清潔費用。
5. 壁報大小限制為 80 公分寬、140 公分高以內，論文之圖表文字大小以在 一公尺距離可清楚閱讀。
6. 壁報內容以英文為原則，第一作者可標示中文。
7. 壁報論文競賽與展示時段，至少須有一位作者在場，配戴名牌並解說論文內容及答問。

Poster Presentation Guidelines: 
1. Display location: 麻布山林詠山館 2nd floor M21 meeting room
2. Display time:
Setup time: after 8:00 AM on November 5.
Presentation time: November 5. 2022 at 13:10-16:10 pm
   Session 1-The core time for odd-numbered presentations starts at 13:10
   Session 2-And that for even-numbered presentations starts at 14:40
Removal time: Please remove all your posters from the board before 17:30 on November 5  
Subsidy time : Please bring your receipt from 13:40 to 17:40 to receive your subsidy on November 5.
3. Please follow the poster board numbers assigned by the association, and only use the straight poster board, thumbtacks and staplers provided by the association.
4. Board size: 80 cm wide x 140 cm high
5. Poster language: English (Only the first author can appear in Chinese)
6. At least one presenting author is required to give their presentation in-person during the poster display section.
