To make hotel reservation, please download the reservation form (PDF), complete the required information clearly and submit it to the Conference Secretariat at jjlin@ym.edu.tw, or +886-2-2826-0084 (fax). If you have further inquiries, please contact the Conference Secretariat or the hotel. Please make your hotel reservation before September 30 to receive the special conference rate.

HOTEL DEPOSIT
A credit card guarantee is required when making your hotel reservation. Please supply your credit card information to the desired hotel when making your hotel reservation.
CONFIRMATION
Once your reservation form is received and the reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation document. Please bring the confirmation document with you at the time hotel check-in. If for any reason a booking needs to be changed, please contact the hotel so the adjustment can be made.
